Job Description For Vyapar Recruitment 2024
- Attend incoming customer calls and take appropriate action for each call and ensure there are no escalations on the service provided.Â
- Should be able to answer calls timely ensuring adherence to the process standards.Â
- Follow up customer calls wherever is necessaryÂ
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changesÂ
- Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
- Follow established processes and procedures to maintain service quality.
Desired Skills and Requirements:
- Exp – 1 to 4 years or Freshers can also apply (2023 pass out)
- Any Graduate
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in an inbound call center environment.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Having accounting knowledge is a plus.Â
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
