Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided list or lead database.
- Introduce and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
- Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to generate interest and close sales.
- Meet daily and monthly outbound call targets to contribute to the overall sales goals.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
- Handle customer objections and provide information to address concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling and social media.
