Job Description For Gegadyne Energy Recruitment 2024
- Responsible for the operation and general maintenance and/ or cleaning of the machinery/ies assigned.
- Responsible for preparing relevant documents as part of Shift-wise Production activities.
- Participate in safety and quality initiatives in the pilot production facility.
- Participate and document forms and other relevant documents for auditing activities being conducted in the Pilot facility.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Zone supervisor for facilitating the Production activities.
- Responsible for notifying machine breakdown or process issue to Supervisor and PME executive.
- Coordinate with Plant & Maintenance team for improving machine uptime.
- Ensure reduction in machine breakdown.
- Improvement in OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) of the assigned machine.
- Standardization and improvements in procedures followed (SOP’s).
- Data collection and document maintenance (daily Production documents, and all other Production audit documents)
Requirements
- Bachelors in electrical/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or a related field. (Completed and has marksheet)
- Effective communication skills for clear understanding of the project design and protocols.
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
