Job Description For TruKKer Careers 2024
As a Software Development Engineer (SDE) I – .NET Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient back-end solutions using the .NET framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality software solutions. Your role will involve developing robust back-end components, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability and security of applications.
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain back-end components and services using the .NET framework, adhering to coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies.
- Technical Design: Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines and scalability requirements.
- Database Management: Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for efficient data storage, retrieval, and manipulation using SQL Server or other relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services to enable seamless communication between front-end applications, back-end services, and third-party integrations.
- Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and perform debugging and troubleshooting to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of back-end code and applications.
- Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve the speed, scalability, and efficiency of back-end systems, including code refactoring, caching strategies, and query tuning.
- Security Compliance: Implement security best practices and protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API specifications, and code documentation, to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.

Qualifications.
- Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on back-end development using the .NET framework and related technologies.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in C# and .NET Core/Framework, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
- Database Skills: Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks.
- Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience with API development using frameworks such as ASP.NET Web API.
- Web Services/APIs: Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services using ASP.NET Web API or similar frameworks.
- Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems such as Git, including branching and merging strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to team dynamics and project outcomes.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile teams.
