Job Description For Tanla Careers 2024
Systems Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. If you have a solid background in software engineering and are familiar with Ruby or Python, wed like to meet you. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately, and securely.
- Implement integrations requested by Internal teams / customers
- – Provide Level 2 technical support and queries coming from Internal teams
- – Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- – Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
- – Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- – Investigate and resolve technical issues, Deploy updates and fixes
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
- 24*7 support, should be flexible for shifts
Knowledge and Skills:
- Should have basic knowledge on ITIL
- Basic Knowledge on Linux/Unix Administration, MySql, Computer Networks
- Any other technical exposure on different technologies will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with level of energies
- Baic Understanding of code and script (PHP, Python, Perl and/or Ruby) will be an advantage
- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
