Job Description For Slice Recruitment 2024
We are looking for an experienced Android developer to join our technology team. If you have excellent software design and programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you.
- As an SDE – I (Android) you could expect to:Â
- Work closely with the Product, UX/UI and Backend teams to do requirement analysis, design, build and release consumer facing featuresÂ
- Build re-usable Android software components for the platformÂ
- Collaborate with QA on continuous integration and delivery to make sure our app releases are always worthy of five-star ratingsÂ
- Monitor the performance of the live apps and continuously improve them on both code and experience levelÂ
- Raise the bar by reviewing each other’s code, share knowledge, tips and tricks, and generally help out within and across teamsÂ
- Evaluate new mobile methodologies and technologies and share your findings with your team to incorporate
Qualifications
What you will needÂ
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an android developer.
- Prior experience in mobile app development
- Excellent debugging skillsÂ
- Strong CS fundamentals (with competencies in algorithms and data structures)Â
- Highly accountable and takes ownership, with collaborative attitude, and a lifelong learnerÂ
Good to have:Â - A GitHub account with some neat projects in it.Â
- Have developed apps from scratch.
