- The Intern will work closely with the HR Business Partners to design and execute an HR program around employer branding, culture, organization development, etc
- Market Data Collation/ Market best practices.
- Coordination, implement suitable tools and preparation of reports.
- Working closely with the HR team on operational activities related to key programs
- Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or similar field, MBA(HR )
- Must be available for full time internship
- Must be available for duration of at least 3 months, preferred 6 months
- Must have relevant skills and interests
- Should be quick learner and highly motivated
