Job Description For Vontier Recruitment 2024
- Design, develop and test embedded software, GUI and Web pages
- Contribute to software architecture in conjunction with architecture team
- Participate in an Agile/Scrum team and provide analysis
- Participate in process improvement activities towards releasing the highest quality, world class software on time
- Other duties as assigned by Manager, with or without accommodation.
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Software Eng, Computer Eng or equivalent experience required
- MS degree a plus
- Experiences in software development in object-oriented language
- Embedded systems experiences a plus
- Linux Embedded operating systems and Linux based development tools a plus
- Able to troubleshoot and problem solve in an embedded environment a plus
- Experience in the programming language C++ a plus
- Experience in the programming language Python a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum software methodologies a plus.
- Experience with source control a plus
- Experience in secure product development a plus
