- Work experience in Automotive industry (preferably welding industry)
- Should have worked in Production function
- Should have good knowledge in ROBO welding
- Should possess good knowledge in Production planning and Execution
- Conversant in Lean manufacturing and People management.
- Conversant in 4M Management.
- Conversant in cycle time study, line balancing and Process Improvements.
- MIG and TIG welding knowledge is essential.
- Identification and implementation of productivity improvements.
- Application of problem-solving tools like 7QC tools, QC story, 8D approach, etc.
