Job Description For Starmark Software Recruitment 2024
- Monitor and verify routinely all aspects of production; take corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA standard
- Perform tasks assigned by the Manager in relation to product, process, system audits, etc along with BAUs.
- Ensure accurate reporting data, evaluate findings, and review reports for the deployments.
- Report process deviations and product failures, and assist in investigations and development of solutions.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assist in development and organization of written SOPs and in-house quality programs
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in any computer stream
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent written/oral communication skills.
- Good team player – one who is able to prioritize in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment
- Ability to handle multitasking and work under tight deadlines. Meet Daily/Weekly/Monthly assigned tasks
- Ability to work with a variety of senior managers and teams, and build smooth working relationships ensuring reporting timelines and targets
