Quality Engineer shall cooperate with Lead for Quality Management activities to ensure that task execution is strictly aligned to standard operating process.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Checking of different types of quality certificates of raw material, semi-finished parts, machined components as per material standards
- Ensure the content of raw material, semi-finished parts, machined components certificates received from suppliers meets company quality standards.
- Work with the cross-functional teams to notify any deviations in the content of quality certificates.
- Initiate discussions with cross-functional teams to improve the process
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives into the process to increase efficiency and reduce cycle time
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to investigate and resolve issues that are affecting overall process cycle.
- Should have high level of concentration and attention to details and accuracy of data
- A good team player, quick learner, ability to adopt changes quickly
- Keep record of Utilized Hours on different tasks
- Maintain delivery data properly for monthly quality metrics
