Job Description For Resideo Recruitment 2024

Resideo is currently seeking a Junior IT Support engineer to perform level 1 support activities. This includes services monitoring and simple troubleshooting tasks for multiple IT technologies (AD, AzureAD, Network, certificates, Firewall, …] This position will report to an IT manager and will interact frequently with all Resideo employees. This position will be based either in India or in Mexico. You should have prior IT Support experience and be able to collaborate with team members in a multinational enviroment.

JOB DUTIES:

• Leveraging procedures, troubleshoot AD, AzureAD, DNS, Network, Certificates…
• Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues.
• Configure and support DNS for new domain.
• Work with other senior staff members to resolve escalated, complex incidents.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• At least 2 year of IT support experience
• Proven experience of AD operations
• A passionate drive to provide excellence in IT support to your users.
• Willingness to grow your knowledge via trainings and on the job experience.
• An excellent level of English (written and spoken)
