- Leading a team of Tele callers & responsible to drive their performance
- Assuring Team conversion target to be met & exceeded matching the forecasted numbers week
- on week & month on month basis.
- Monitoring both agent & dialler performance on real time basis driving best output
- Experienced in uploading leads, fetching reports on dialler, maintaining appropriate pace &
- rechurn strategy to aim a healthy Talktime daily.
- Agent mentoring, coaching & feedback sharing. Regular call & documentation audits. nterde partmental coordination with BI, Process & City teams majorly.
- Should be efficient to plan & achieve daily targets
- Publishing daily, weekly, monthly process reports & dashboards. Should be excel expert in
- evaluating & showcasing process/team performance.
- Reviewing agents on weekly & monthly basis.
- Agent rostering & maintaining shrinkage.
- Maintaining process level SLAs
- 6 Days working in a week, rotational offs.
