Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering OR Bachelor Degree in Technology (Bachelor in Engineering or Bachelor in Technology) OR
  • Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Course B-Level OR
  • An Associate member of the Institute of Engineers OR
  • Graduate Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers OR
  • Master’s Degree in Science (MSc) OR
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Application OR
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering OR Technology (ME or M-Tech) OR
  • Master’s Degree in Philosophy (MPhil) in the relevant field

Age Limit

The upper age limit completed years as on 21st November 2022 for each category of the post under direct recruitment shall be under

NIC Recruitment 2022 – Selection Process

  • For the Post of Scientist-E and Scientist-F, A merit list of short-listed candidates would be drawn based on the marks obtained out of 120 marks.
  • Shortlisted candidates would be called for an interview in their order of merit.
  • For Posts of Scientist-C and Scientist-D shall be called for a Screening Test.
  • Shortlisted candidates would be called for the Interview/ personal interaction
