NCLT Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria, Age Limit, Application Fee
Educational Qualification

| 1. | Judicial Member | The candidate must be a judge of a High Court/ District Judge for at least five years/ at least ten years being an advocate of a court. |
| 2. | Technical Member | At least fifteen years have been a member of the Indian Corporate Law Service/ Indian Legal Service and have been holding the rank of Secretary/ Additional Secretary to the Government of India/ practice as a chartered accountant/ cost accountant/ company secretary for at least fifteen years/ person of proven ability, integrity and standing having special knowledge and professional experience/ of not less than fifteen years, in industrial finance, industrial management, industrial reconstruction, investment, accountancy/ for at least five years, a presiding officer of a Labour Court, Tribunal or National Tribunal constituted under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947). |
Age Limit
A person shall not be eligible for appointment as Member unless he/ she has completed the age of 50 years as on the last date of receipt of the online application.
Salary
Selected candidates will draw pay at the pay level of 15 as per the 7th Central Pay Commission plus allowances as admissible.
