Job Description For MSCI Off Campus Drive 2023
- Dev, UAT, Prod servers patching
- Provide 24*7 support and Work on all Incidents and request related to Linux OS.
- Vulnerability remediation for Linux OS related security issues.
- Build and decommissioning of servers on prem
- Provide guidance to subscription owners to configure automated patching on Azure Cloud and GCP platform
- Work on backup \Commvault related Request and incident, escalate issues to Engineering team timely if needed.
- Perform Upgrades of Pure Arrays, ESXI Clusters.
- Perform faulty Disk replacement for Pure Array and Flash blades and Data domain devices in coordination with vendor.
Skills Required For MSCI Off Campus Drive 2023
- Ability to Install/configure Red Hat Enterprise Linux/Oracle Linux on Intel platforms and conduct performance tuning with Sound Knowledge in Linux system services & utilities like NFS, AutoFS, Samba, DNS, LDAP and NTP etc.
- Ability to research and identify system and security patches and ability to perform system upgrades/patches in accordance with IT security standards.
- Experience in administering, installing missing packages on customer request and hand on experience on ticketing tools like SNOW is very much required.
- Must have knowledge of Configuration Management tools like Puppet+ Ansible.
- Operational knowledge of VMWare and Cisco Unified Computing system (UCS).
- Knowledge of Terraform\ARM, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
