Job Description For Maxval Group Recruitment 2024
- Achieve quality targets for the process and team
- Conduct internal process audits and reviews to ensure adherence to guidelines
- Identify process limitations, roadblocks, and problems, conducting Root Cause Analysis
- Prepare periodic MIS, QC, and Audit reports for critical business decisions
- Monitor process functioning, identify improvement areas, and implement measures to maximize customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the team, conducting quality audits wherever required
- Identify process gaps and explore automation opportunities to reduce manual effort
Skills/Abilities Required:
- Strong knowledge of the Intellectual Property domain
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Independent task management with high confidentiality and professionalism
