Job Description
- Organize and maintain schedules to ensure steady workflow of course development
- Establish and enforce deadlines
- Discuss the development approach with key stakeholders/SMEs
- Research & recommend alternative approaches that help make learning fun
- Discuss with IDs to clearly define the detailed representation/strategy of the content
- Determine the message the design should portray as per Storyboard
- Create images that identify a asset or convey a message as per SB
- Develop graphics and visual or audio images for asset illustrations, logos, and websites
- Create designs either by hand or by using computer software packages
- Select colours, images, text style, and layout
- Incorporate changes recommended by the final storyboard
- Review designs for errors before publishing them
- Utilize design software such as Photoshop and InDesign, and multimedia design software such as AfterEffects or any animation software as desired to enhance the learning experience
