Job Description For Labcorp Recruitment 2024

The Global Marketing Center of Excellence in India is responsible for developing and executing Marketing strategies to raise Labcorp’s position as a leading brand and drive business growth. The team includes functions such as Branding, Communications, Customer Marketing, Digital Channel, Platforms, Strategy & Customer Experience, Market Intelligence, Analytics & Insights.

Internship Assignment Summary:

The internship program can be in one or more of the below functional areas:

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights. Summarize findings and present actionable recommendations.
• Digital Marketing: Execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, Marketing Automation, Marketing Tech Stack, Website and SEO.
• Branding: Support the development and maintenance of our brand identity. Collaborate on branding strategies and materials to enhance brand reach and awareness.
• Design: Work with our design team to create eye-catching visuals and graphics for marketing collateral, both online and offline.
• Content Writing: Contribute to the creation of engaging and customer-friendly content for our website, blog, collateral and other marketing channels.
• Analytics: Develop automated reporting for one or more of our key marketing programs
• Program Management: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing programs: Understand and leverage the interconnectivity of Labcorp-approved technology and project management resources (Workfront etc.)
• Social Media: develop and support social media strategies to build audiences and further marketing and brand initiatives.

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

Qualifications Required:

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field from a reputable business school (IIM A,B,C or Mumbai, XLRI, NMIMS, SP Jain or JBIMS).
• Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Digital marketing tools or Analytical tools is a plus.
• Creative thinking and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications Preferred:

• Prior experience in a matrix organization and engagements with global stakeholders is desirable.
• Experience in medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical R&D, clinical development and/or healthcare is desirable.
