Job Description For Ketto Recruitment 2024
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer 2 to join our Product- UI/UX Design department. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on UI/UX. As a Product Designer 2, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience and drive product adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct user research, and translate findings into innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design goals.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation meets design specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
- Assist in the creation and execution of user testing plans.
- Provide design support for marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product design, with a focus on UI/UX.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, & Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web and mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing is a plus.
