Job Description
- Public Cloud core services development (design, development and delivery of technical code)
- Code development skills in multiple languages for Windows and Linux OS platforms as well as other cloud services
- Expertise with Windows, Linux, coding languages, automation, role-based access control, authentication, Cyber Security requirements and cloud support
- Subject matter expert in Public Cloud Infrastructure Architecture as it relates to compute, network and storage
- Advanced knowledge of Public Cloud services available from AWS, MS Azure and GCP
- Reporting and Analytics development skills, use of tools like PowerBI to establish and report Public Cloud metrics
- ServiceNow ITSM process understanding, will assist with ServiceNow implementation, workflow design and overall adoption / improvement
- Familiarity with basic Program Management skills in waterfall and agile methodologies

Job Requirements
- 4-year degree in Information Technology (technical degree)
- Public Cloud Services knowledge of AWS. MS Azure and GCP
- Development (coding) skills required
- Professional certifications a plus (Public Cloud, Architecture, Program Management etc.)
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Advanced code writing in multiple languages to design and deliver Public Cloud core services
- Code development languages preferred include Microsoft VSCode, Microsoft VS, .NET/C#, PowerShell, Python, Java, JSON, Git, Bash, terraform
- Understanding and capability to work on an Agile Scrum Team
- Strong root cause analysis skills to troubleshoot and resolve L4 support escalations for Public Cloud core services
- Subject matter expert on AWS, MS Azure and GCP Public Cloud services
- Deep knowledge in Public Cloud Infrastructure and Application Architectures
- Knowledgeable in all facets of compute, network and storage as it relates to Public Cloud Application Architecture
- Design, setup and support skills for Public Cloud Adoption
- Develop and publish Infrastructure and Application Architecture designs
- ITSM subject matter expertise to assist with the implementation, governance and improvement of ServiceNow
- Reporting and Analytics tools and development
- Basic Program Management skills – set up meetings, facilitate, assign actions, track/ follow up and report out
- Proficient with MS DevOps, MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Use of large/complex Excel files will be required. GitHub experience preferred
- Appropriate written and verbal communication skills
