Job Description
- Coordinating and hosting campus recruitment events on campus and in-house and Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event
- Attending college career fairs, interacting with students, and promoting our employer brand externally
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing skills assessment tests for junior positions and internship
- Facilitating interviews, applicant tracking system and CRM maintenance and reporting
- Maintaining and monitoring applications within the applicant tracking systems.
- Act as a main point of contact for future and recent campus hires at Genpact

- Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
Job Requirements
- Recruiting experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry (technology, financial services, start up, etc)
- Working knowledge of standard recruiting procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related area
