Job Description For Data Axle Recruitment 2024

We are looking for an Associate Purchase Admin who will be responsible for administrating procurement process and reconciliation of purchasing cost directly associated with Company needs for materials, services, and fixed assets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate purchase orders for vendor quotes and invoices.
• Assisting the accounting team with matching of invoices to current Purchase Orders.
• Assisting the accounting team with monthly reconciliation of credit card purchases.
• Act as point of contact between divisional employees and corporate purchasing department.
• Monitor and track invoices and renewals deadlines, notifying relevant teams of upcoming renewals.
• Maintaining the procurement database for renewal deadlines and terminations.
• Coordinate and monitor progress of vendor agreements and contracts with the legal department as pertains to procurement.
• Ad hoc projects within accounting.

Qualifications:

• 0-2/ Smart Fresher; years of previous relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to sufficiently communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various external business contacts in an articulate, professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have experience in managing high volume email communications.
• Ability to anticipate and react quickly in a dynamic business environment.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be able to multi-task to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook at an advanced level.
