Job Description For DailyRounds Recruitment 2024
- Collaborate closely with the logistics team to address and resolve  dispatch-related customer queries.
- Ensure effective communication of end user needs and concerns  to the Operations team for timely resolution.
- Demonstrate empathy and attentiveness to customer needs  throughout the support process.
- Be prepared to handle the responsibilities of a logistics executive if  the situation demands.
