Mine Surveyor	Surveyor’s certificate with 2-year practical experience in Coal mine surveying.
Overman	Diploma in Mining Engineering of 03 year’s duration with experience in the field of coal mining, valid gas testing certificate, valid first aid certificate, overman’s competency certificate obtained.
Foreman (Elect./ Mech /Mining Machinery)	Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering and foreman’s Certificate.
Shot Firer	Diploma in Mining Engineering with experience in the field of coal mining, Overman’s competency certificate obtained from DGMS
Magazine Clerk	Graduate with 01-year similar experience in Govt/PSUs/ from any reputed firms
Time Keeper	Graduate with 1-year similar experience in Govt/PSUs/ from any reputed firms.
Mining Sirdar	Valid Mining Sirdarship Certificate of competency from DGMS valid gas testing certificate, valid first aid certificate with minimum 3 years of experience in opencast Coal Mining.
Draftsman	Higher Secondary with ITI (Draftsman) and also experience of 3 years as· Draftsman in Govt/PSUs/ from any reputed firms
Store Keeper	Graduate with 3 years experience as Storekeeper in Govt/PSUs/ from any reputed firms.
Accountant	Graduate (B.Com) from a recognized university with 3 years experience in Govt/PSUs/ from any reputed firms
Record Keeper (Daftari)	Higher Secondary with 3 years experience in office work or record-keeping work in Govt/PSUs/ from any reputed firms
Compounder cum Dresser	For Compounder/ pharmacists:- i. High school or HSSC (10+2) from CG Board or equivalent in Science and Diploma in Pharmacy from CG Govt recognized institution or Govt. Medical College or District Hospital ii. Degree/Diploma in pharmacy. For Dresser:- High School or HSSC (10+2) from CG Board or equivalent in Science (Specially Biology – Chemistry & Physics)
