Job Description For Consilio Recruitment 2024
We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, highly analytical, has a keen eye for accuracy, passion for identifying discrepancies & resolving data-related issues to assist with various projects.Â
This person must also be able to work independently and collaborate effectively (via email) with cross-functional teams.
Data Auditing:
- Retrieve data from various systems to conduct thorough audits.
- Identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, and errors in the data.
- Investigate the root causes of data discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
Data Validation:
- Validate data analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Document validation procedures and maintain a record of findings as incurred.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze various system data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues.
- Create reports, charts, or dashboards to visualize and present data analysis results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate anomalies/issues.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality checks on the data to ensure compliance with the SOP.
- Coordinate improvements to enhance data quality.
Process Improvement:
- Participate in process improvement initiatives related to data accuracy and efficiency.
- Propose enhancements to the existing data auditing and validation processes.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed documentation of auditing procedures, findings, and resolutions.
- Ensure SOP documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
