- Implement and Manage Storage solution in On-premisis & Cloud.
- Support existing systems and application performance
- Make recommendations on improving system performance and reliability
- Ensure solutions are maintained for high availability, scalability, security, and supportability
- Oversee information systems security safeguards
- Continually learn, discover, evolve, and mentor
- Build Technical Documents relation to operations
- Proactively take actions to improve the service quality
- Ensure timely creation of necessary reports or documentation related to the job or update the knowledge base
- Be a good team player and handle pressures of operations job
What you’ll need
- NetApp Storage Monitoring and Management
- Storage Monitoring & Tools Experience(Unified Manager)
- Protocal Management CIFS, NFS, SAN, ISCSI
- Testing/Validating Storge/Backup systems
- Knowledge in Windows/Linux Operating system
- Knowledge in ITIL Processes
- Knowledge in Data backup and restore using Commvault
- Knowledge in Cloud platform(MS Azure)
