Educational Qualification

1.Sr. Manager (HR)The candidate should be a graduate with an MBA/ PGP/ PGDM in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. They should have a minimum of 12 years post-qualification experience in HR/ IR functions. A degree in Law is desirable.
2.Technical Manager/ Assistant Technical Manager (Civil)The candidate should have BE/ B. Tech Degree in Civil engineering with a minimum of 55% Marks from a recognized Institute/ University. They should have a minimum of 09 years of post-qualification experience in the execution of civil work. The candidate should have knowledge of the methodology and operating procedure of rehabilitation, retrofitting, and strengthening works with tendering, billing and document preparation, and dealing with vendors. M.Tech Degree in civil engineering from a recognized Institute/ University is desirable.Candidates with 06 years post qualification experience shall be eligible for ATM (Civil)
3.Purchase OfficerThe candidate should be a Graduate in Science/ Commerce/ Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks. Candidates with having MBA/ PGDM/ PGP in Supply Chain Management or Materials Management would be preferred. They should have a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience preferably in the solar or electronics manufacturing industry out of which the candidate should have a minimum of 01 year of experience in the field of stores and inventory management and tendering process. The candidate should know about working on computers and have exposure to working in procurement and ERP/ SAP/ Navision environment.
4.Officer (HRMS & ERP)The candidate should have a B.E/ B.Tech degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ MCA with a minimum of 55% marks. He/she should have a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in web-based systems, software
development for web-based applications, HRMS & ERP. Candidates with MBA/ PGP/ PGDM in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification and
working knowledge in HR shall be given preference
5.Personnel OfficerThe candidate should be a graduate with an MBA/ PGP/ PGDM in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. They should have a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in HR/ IR functions. A degree in Law is desirable
6.Accounts OfficerThe candidate should be a graduate in commerce and pass the final examination of CA/ ICWA with 02 years post qualification experience in preparation of MIS, periodical profit & loss accounts and balance sheet, and interaction with statutory auditors of CAG and other Govt. agencies. Working experience in ERP systems is essential.
7.Deputy Engineer (Ceramic)The candidate should have B.E/ B.Tech. Degree in Ceramic/ Metallurgy Engg. with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. He/ She should have a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in the production and quality of the Ceramic or Piezo Industry. Candidates with additional experience in Sales and Marketing of the same product will be given preference
8.Deputy Engineer (Electrical)The candidate should have B.E/ B.Tech. Degree in Electrical Engg. with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University. He/ She should have a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in electrical maintenance and project execution related to electrical work. M.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute/ University will be given preference.
9.Sr. Manager/ Manager (Marketing)The candidate should graduate with MBA Degree in Marketing with a minimum of 55% Marks from a recognized Institute/ University. He/ She should have a minimum of 12 years of post qualification experience out of which 02 years in relevant area with good communication skills
