Job Description
The PMO Finance Analyst is responsible for managing Project/Program governance processes for Business Banking Technology in India and ensuring that all BB change programs adhere to governance standards; along with reporting the compliance of these programs with all relevant processes.
- Work closely with PM & PMO teams to ensure governance for change programs with respect to Project Initiation, Business case, RAIDs, Status, Finances, Project lifecycle and Project Program
- Manage portfolio finance and Single Order Books
- Manage Journal entires and Recoveries
- Provides active support to the Portfolio and Delivery PMO as required
- Drive automation and continuous process improvement across all areas of responsibility
Job Requirements

- Work closely with PM & PMO teams to ensure governance for change programs with respect to Project Initiation, Business case, RAIDs, Status, Finances, Project lifecycle and Project Program
- Manage portfolio finance and Single Order Books
- Understand the basics of accruals and journal postings
- Good excel skills
Skills that will help you in the role :
- Experience in project lifecycle and business case; in-depth experience in portfolio analysis
- Knowledge/expertise in programme governance standards and assurance
- Knowledge/expertise in managing finance cost centres/project budgets
- Highly competent in MS office suite and be an MS Excel Expert (pivot tables, macros, data set manipulation).
- Excellent organization skills, structured and be able to prioritise workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
