Job Description For Axa XL Recruitment 2024
- You will join us on an exciting and well-rounded learning journey through the IDA department, where we will expect you to apply your learnings to practical outcomes in each area.
- You will undertake four rotations of six months each in the following departments, supported by a line manager and a Division Lead of each area.
- Data Quality & Culture & Data Management
- BI & Reporting
- Data Science & Applied AI
- Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling & Data Ingestion.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Final-year students or graduates, available full-time from July 2024.
- A passion for innovation, data and analytics and a desire to solve problems for our customers.
- Record of academic success and high degree of involvement in extra-curricular activities.
- Creative thinker, curious and ready to challenge the status quo.
- Self-learner and highly driven individual.
- Ability to adapt to different situations.
- BA/BSC or equivalent degree, or higher, in Data/ IT/ Computer Science or Math’s/ Engineering/ Sciences.
- An understanding of application lifecycles and governance.
- Software/coding experience.
