Responsible for new profile die cutting & die correction, and we trial taken to profile proved and release regular production, working as per safety practices in TBR die shop.
Major Responsibilities:
- Die trial based on the extrusion master profile.
- Die cutting and die correction to meet the profile compliance adherence.
- New Die profile & Performer’s validation
- Evaluate extrusion line speed
- As per the schedule, meet the calibration instrument in the internal calibration lab.
- Follow 5S during die shop.
- Follow safety standards.
