Job Description For ADP Careers 2023
- You will be responsible for implementing ADP clients on ADP strategic products focused primarily on HCM, Payroll, TLM, Benefits and Talent modules.
- This position’s primary responsibility is analyzing requirements, installation, configuration, customization, upgrades, integration, enhancements, training, and delivery of our ADP products/platforms and develop functional architectures to meet the client’s requirements.
What you’ll do:
- Understanding the functional specifications and creating new or update existing custom modules as per the functional specification documents.
- Co-ordinate with on-site Business Analysts and create the technical design documents for the functional specification documents.
- Primarily responsible for development of custom modules, unit testing & UAT support, supporting Implementation go-live, providing support & fixes for any issues for the custom interfaces that are developed.
- Report development thru ADP reporting tools for various kind of client requirements.
- Perform extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) using ADP ETL Tools.
- Good command on SQL/PLSQL will be a big plus here.
- Impact analysis of the product in case of any objects/parameters/requirements are changed.
