Job Description For Acko Recruitment 2024
- Review medical claims for accuracy and completeness
- Manage correspondence related to claims
- Update and maintain claim records
- Process medical claims according to established procedures
- Analyze claim data to identify potential areas of improvement
- Working knowledge of the insurance industry and relevant
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a claims processor or in a related role
- Good administrative and organizational skills.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Identify and resolve mistakes and discrepancies in claims, such as incorrect dates, names, amounts, etc
- Keep track of policy records and perform data entry to maintain accurate client information
- Review and verify personal information including names, addresses, ages, assets, and other data when reviewing claim submissions
- Acknowledge receipt of Claim requests.
- Upload claim documents to case in the health claims system
- Validate claim details in the health claims system
- Update Claim status and notes in the health claims system
- Update TPA file for endorsement to Claims Control Team
