Job Description
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Job Requirements
- Experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required.
- Experience working in Microsoft Office 2007 to 2013, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, XP and Vista
- Windows Server 2003 and 2008 and 2012
- Active Directory and Exchange
- Patch management
- Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting
- TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
